Who else vomiting after binge eating?

Sometimes I feel so guilty I immediately go to the toilet and throw up all the garbage I ate and desu, it feels good.

Is this /fit/ approved?

I'm a 25 year old male, 90kg (almost 200 pounds for the amerifags), 1.73m (5 feet and 8 inches) and I'm having a mental block when it comes to exercise to get less fatty.

I tried going to a gym with a friend but then my friend stopped (he started a sport) so I stopped going to the gym.

Is there a shortcut that I can take to get less fatty? Like drugs, some kind of diet that works significantly after a week or something.

At this point I don't care about loosing muscle.

2110 (1910 adjusted) calories - 137g protein - 50g fiber

Prices are monthly. The adjusted calories are dismissing calories from fiber. Folks where chicken is expensive could just do all whey.

Cheapest source of fat, as disgusting as it is. Could use skin on chicken thighs instead of boneless skinless chicken breast to reduce the amount necesary, I guess, but now you're upping your cost a bit to get the same amount of protein.

It happens, just get better at waiting for the right moments to insert yourself in conversation and when you do do it in a confident, clear and loud manner. Your voice is a tool was something my old man taught me from a young age, learn how to use it and you'll get respect in a room. Don't do the beta thing of speaking quietly with your head down and generally being meek. Even if you felt you were being out going you might have still been doing that. Or you simply picked the wrong bit of a conversation where someone wasn't quite finished what they were saying or had just finished a punchline to a joke or something. Don't let it phase you and try again.

Been drinking rain water instead of purified water and I have been feeling top shelf
