Nah I'm ok.

Sometimes my family invites me to have dinner or lunch and my mother prepares those delicious cheese cakes.

I eat like a maniac and then excuse myself to go to the toilet and throw up everything.

Given that this happens once a month and I don't want to fuck up my cut I think it's ok. I feel guilty for throwing up something my mom made for me tho.

I've never seen /fit/ suggest bulimia. Frankly, from the physiological standpoint alone, I think it's healthier to take the L when you eat like shit then to stick your fucking hand in your mouth. Taking a few L's makes you take your diet more seriously, and bullemia is a fucking disorder. Don't play with fire. It's probably really unhealthy too.

I've done it twice. Both within the past year after realllllly binging hard on a cut. I also thought it was the right move because I felt physically shortly after binging. I felt guilty both times but I can honestly see it happening again. The trick is not to binge more than once in a blue moon.

Yes i do this. Usually after a unplanned/spur of the moment cheat meal i realize how much it set me back for temporary pleasure. So i usually just go gag myself till i get most of it up.
