This. I have two cups of coffee (no cream or sugar) in the morning before training, then train, then go to work.
Most days I'll have oats, bananas, buttered toast, brown bread with peanut butter, salmon with lemon, yoghurt and a protein shake. Other days I'll treat myself and have a nice fry up, with sausages, bacon, scrambled eggs and mushrooms.
