I can personally say that banana is a 5/10 at best.

From reviews and some reading people seem to give strawberry cream and mocha the best rating.

Get regular if you want the better value or the isolate if you want more protein per scoop.

I'm considering ordering some BCAA's and beta-alanine because it just seems so inexpensive.

So we did it! Not really signed up for a gym membership yet but we're using our 7 day trial period thing. Woman giving us a walk through took us right into the locker room to show us around so either I was passing or they're cool with trans. Either way it made me feel better.

Still lost in routine, which is why I'm posting this. I need to learn proper form and don't really know how to get there. Once the 7 days is up we
'Re supposed to get one free session with a personal trainer, and I think I'll make them show us how to use the squat rack? Since squats will be most important.

Anyway we ended up doing 20 minutes in stair machine, like 2 sets rows, 2 sets goblet squats, 1 set dumbbell deadlifts and some things with the medicine ball and such that friend said was for abs. Then an hour of a mix of Thai chi, yoga, and Pilates which I loved.


So really, I need a better and serious routine. Yesterday we were getting a feel for things but now I want to get kinda serious. Today we're ending with a one hour spinning class which should be some nice cardio. Help me learn a decent routine. Form, wtf to do and he actual routine. Thanks <3

I have a massive dick a decent body and i've been told in so many words and gathered from the reactions of a few women that I'm an amazing fuck.

the powder together with the shake and the scoup and the transport costs (UK to Denmark) cost me 24.31 pounds in total.

this is the only reason I went this route as the alternative (golden standard etc) is super expensive for me.

I have a drug test coming up in 5 days. Prior to this, I smoked 3 days in a row but that's about it. For the past 2 days I've been drinking plenty of water and eating stupidly low, about 1200 cal a day, to try and pass.

Does anyone have any other tips on how to pass? Anyone ever pass in just a few days?

Welcome to the first ever /MIG/ (Making It General)

Post your body, tell us what in your mind is making it, how far you've come along on your fitness goals, and roadblocks your facing.

This is very fitness related, think of it kinda like the /fraud/ threads.

Why am I making this? To be honest, I don't have any friends and /fit/ has helped motivate me to make more of my self.

Try to keep it positive and real at the same time.

Current lifts are as follows

2pl8 bench for 8 reps
1pl8 OHP for 6 reps
2.5pl8 squat for 4 reps.
Don't do diddlys.

I'll go first, making it in my mind is having a body that I'm proud to show, to further my education, and most important finding a gf I love.

I started out lifting for girls, and I still sorta am. I enjoy it as habit now though.

How far along am I? I'm getting the first two done, and hope to achieve them by the time Summer rolls around. Finding a gf is tougher though.

Counter-Strike Source, exclusively. I gave GO an honest try for about a year and a half after beta, lived through the epic time of ESEA match rigging and "ez skinz" and despite all of that, the community just got worse and worse with every update.

No I stretch after. (I think it reduces soreness but I can't really tell because I'm a newfag.)

Warmups are the best form of stretching for me. (I was doing stretches before working out for the first 2-3 weeks or so, and I don't think it helped much.)
