It's never too late to start. One and a half years ago, I realized I was a completely empty, boring kid who spent all his time on anime and masturbating. Since then, I've gotten into reading actual books, writing my own stuff, martial arts, first aid, other emergency response, cooking, fitness, and too many other things to list here. The world is full of cool things to do, just go out and try them. You're probably going to feel stupid and pathetic as hell at some points, but that's part of the experience. Don't give up, just power through.

Alright famalams here's the deal.

My extremely rich crazy Grandfather wants to make full body statues (probably marble or bronze) of the whole family before he passes; we are about 8. My parents and Uncle are up first, then my older brothers, and finally me. My Father said I have about 2-3 years (I think I can delay another year though) if I want to prepare. At the moment I'm skinnyfat and gross, 6'1 165 lbs. My lifts are also garbage even but I've been doing SS for a month now, all are below 1pl8 besides deadlift which is only 145.

Do I have any chance of achieving similar to Dmitry Klokov mode by 3-4 years? My plan is to do SS until I hit 2/3/4/5 then switch to pure aesthetics and cut.

It's very doable with proper gear + a time trial bike. Or even a normal road bike with a bit of a tail wind going downhill. Don't hit any bumps though or gg.

To be fair: Muscular endurance begins in early Winter in the gym, doing squats, or leg press, or step-ups. Later on in the year you're doing Threshold intervals, and then long single Threshold rides, at a medium-low (70-80rpm) cadence. You're also doing short (30-90 second) intervals at 400, 500, 600 or maybe even more watts, to build lactate tolerance (these WILL make you cry for your momma, they hurt so fucking much). That's on top of 12 weeks of aerobic base training, and so many other things. Train like that for 10 years in a row, and maybe, just maybe, you can come close to emulating that.

And they say that us cyclists are weak, and not 'real' athletes. 99.99% of everyone who ever came to /fit/ since Post #1 would never make it.

And which exercises to do. Going back to gym today for day 3, and want to try to figure out hip thrusters. Along with some back exercises and the obvious goblet squats. Does it matter how high the bench is when doing hip thrusters? Any tips or general advice? Also I want to post a pic that shows my starting point. Love this pic because you can't really see me but can see my physique. Thank god for dirty mirrors and shower fog :)
