/fit/izens. I'm a simple man. A simple man with a sporadic and unpredictable schedule.

I'd prefer to do the same routine everyday but I simply cannot. I also wish to eat the same thing everyday while hard cutting, and while difficult, I know this is possible.

So I turn to you guys, has anyone ever had a diet where they eat the same exact things every single day for months at a time?

If so please share. I'm trying to cut heavy and I wanna take this diet to the next level while also knowing every meal I'm going to eat for the month

Fit, a bit of facial hair advice, you should try cutting your facial hair a bit low, but not completely off, it shows an athetic jawline while not being babyfaced.

I know not cutting your beard is a manly thing, but try experimenting for what works for you.

What's the point in cutting if you're just going to gain the fat back on your next bulk?

Assuming you're not carrying around a ton of fat, of course. Then i can understand the purpose. But it seems like bulk/cut cycles are just a way to spin wheels.

Anything I can do to help with lower back pain? I fucked myself on deads and squats, so I've been doing some lower back stretches throughout the day since then. Also, it's not located exactly like pic related, it's lower, almost at my hips and tailbone

I have pain a little bit more located toward the right of op pic. My hamstrings are ridiculously tense and thus cause my hips to fall out of alignment and create said pain. I've been stretching my hamstrings almost every day as well as doing hip opening sequences to try and help with the problem, but doubt I'll ever fully fix it. The chiropractor helps for a while, but the underlying cause is still there.

/fit/, I need my help
I think my eating disorder and need to weight all of my food has started to negatively impact upon peoples perspectives of me. And I don't think I can take it.

Basically, I didn't want people to know I was trying to lose weight because I was afraid that they would be shaming me for not eating and 'starving myself'. So I slowly developed a new persona where I bought food scales to work and decorated my bedroom with food scales. I started telling everyone that I am 'Mr Scales' and that I love the design of food scales so I carried them everywhere. Basically thought it was an excuse to weigh my food without being judged.

The problem is people have started avoiding me, and even smashing my scales to see how I react. It is a problem but I don't want people to think I have an eating disorder.

How do you stop people thinking you have an eating disorder?

U dun goofed, that shit should be wrapped up. WHen you get a ligament tear you start by wrapping it and compressing as hard as youc an for 15 minutes, after that you have it wrapped at about 50% and keep it like that until the swelling goes down. YOu can take it off when you shower, but thats about it. And never ice without compression, it just increases the bleeding when it warms up again.

So, whey is made from a byproduct of cheese, right? And since it is a byproduct, it means that the options are either to turn it into gain powder or to let it go to waste. Assuming of course that cheese would be made either way. Which it would, it's not a bold assumption at all. And since cheese would be made anyway, milk would have to be produced anyway, so the cattle would be tortured anyway, regardless of whey production.

Is this line of reasoning correct? Is whey protein ethically vegan? Same question applies to other animal industry byproducts.
