Someone redpill me on why MyProtein is so good.

Right now I get Gold Standard in bulk at $7.50/pound which is roughly the same as this as you scale up and buy larger amounts.

Is this better for the price? Really considering it after looking at the ingredients.

Its made from milk(like whey)
this is the low fat version not evryone likes it
you can
eat it straight (or with a bit of honey)
eat it with fruit mixed in
eat it with oats mixed in
put on bread with some salt and pepper (paprika and onions if you like that stuff)
put it on fried potatos(german classic)
cut a bell pepper into little boats and fill them with quark(again salt and pepper on top)
add flavour sirup and mix if thats your thing
add some cocoa powder and a small amount of sugar for a choco dessert

again this is low fat the higher fat versions taste better and are more suited for bulking the low fat ones noce on a cut because it will fill you up

I never understood protein bread, I try not to eat bread at all but when I do it's usually 1 slice with some scrambled eggs or peanut butter.

Can't remember exact price, somewhere around the £3.50 per loaf mark. Usually 18 slices with 15g protein each.

I freeze it in batches so it doesn't go off, but that said it does seem to last longer than regular bread when left out. Freezes well too.

To be honest I wouldn't recommend it for most people, but I'm on the road a hell of a lot, so being able to get 50-60g of protein in a convenient sandwich is a real benefit.
