I eat a lot of peanut butter. The brand I get is Simple Truth Organic, which you can find in most Krogers. One serving (two tablespoons) has 200 calories, 8 grams of protein, 2 grams of fiber, 16 grams of fat, 85 mg of sodium.

I usually buy 200g of roasted salty peanuts for 65 cents, but it's a pain to eat them, which is why I only eat 50g a day. I am considering making peanut butter myself, since I found unsalted ones for the same price.

Bulking is a pain, especially when you're on a budget. As another snack I eat a mixture of Oats and Müsli (for flavor), which is pretty cheap and effective too.
