What's the best routine to increase my squat the quickest?

1. Walkouts. You pile up the weight but don't actually work it. Merely set up the safety bars and walk out.

2. Chain squats.... Load the bar to 90% max... add chains... wrap knees, squat.

3. Stand Ups.... Set the safety bars at shoulder level.... add weight.... merely stand up, and hold position for 10 secs.

4. You got it ?

Back in May, I escaped the Friend Zone after 4 years. Girl and I got into a fight awhile back and decided to "Take a break". I've worked out off and on since College. Never been really thin. Always 'Strong Fat.'

I've decided to take this break and really work out and cut. But because I've always been a bit of a socialite, I feel like the only way to do this is to go into complete Hermit Mode.

Yet, I'm left to wonder, is there really any benefits to Hermit Mode other than to reemerge with better gains & aesthetics?

Absolutely, I feel so much better after getting in shape. I feel confident in myself.

I don't need training and diet to be happy and life live to the fullest. I have a great job pulling 120k a year, a house with my girlfriend and a great family and friend base.

you obsessive losers forget the real things in life and let me tell you if you want to be truly happy you need to put them on the backburner. I used to have an 8 pack and be mega ripped but I was not happy weighing my food and counting my caloric intake.

Take a leaf out of my book, I am not here to brag just letting you guys know to relax and remember training isn't needed for a happy lifestyle.

/fit/ I need some help.

I've been lifting for about a year and a half, no huge muscles, but good. I have a girlfriend that lives with me, and basically the only time she wants sex is immediately after the gym. No post-workout shake, no food, no time to relax and recover after hitting the gym as hard as I can. Just fuck. She's so into it, so entirely and completely into it, I honestly don't want to complain but dealing with this 4x a week is killing my gains. She rubs up against me like a cat in heat, won't get her hands off my muscles, whatever is pumped she has some next-level fetish fantasy about rubbing and feeling. Chest day? Synchronizing your sex life to another person can sometimes be difficult, especially if you work long hours, lift, are in school, play sports, etc. Then the other person gets stressed because they aren't getting their relief. Not enough to cheat all the time, but enough to get aggravated. Trust me, I had this problem too. Sometimes I wouldn't want it, sometimes she wouldn't. Life, man.

Started lifting may of 2015.
Lifted mainly for girls.
Made very good gains.
Became more attractive.
