i tried this yesterday and it was pretty enjoyable experience. Can i do HIIT on this by just going apeshit as hard as i can?

Absolutely, but I HIGHLY recommend doing the following first:

Row 2000m (2k) AS FAST AS YOU CAN, note your finishing time and average 500m split (will probably be in the ball park of 1:48 to 2:15, lower is better).
Take your average race split, back off 10-15 seconds, and try to match that number when you go ON, light rowing (not just sitting there) when you go OFF.

For HIIT, I would recommend 45 on, 15 off, or 1:00 on, 30 off, or whatever you want. When I was training we did these every couple of weeks as a short but intense work out, they were called dirty dozens.

T. ex-rower. I rowed in high school and college for 8 years.

So, I'm 6'1 93kg and I'm moving on from SL after 6 months.

I wrote up a PPL routine, and want /fit/s opinion on it. How can I improve it? How can I better it? What should be changed/swapped and why?

Bros I've got symmetry issues

How important is texting/social media when I comes to picking up women. I purposely ignored that aspect of game because being heavily into social media is something I don't want to do as an introvert. But my fat manlet roomie just showed me Snapchat nudes just sent to him from three girls.

I think you can get away with not having twitter/instagram, but it might be good to have facebook just for the messenger app; snapchat is a good one to have as well. As for texting, that's pretty important, but recently I've found myself using snapchat a lot to message girls. The apps like snapchat and messenger are good b/c they don't require data, only wi-fi.

Here's the thing though, you can choose to participate in certain social media platforms. Personally, I only ever use facebook to set up group things, and any person with half a brain will understand why you don't participate even if they do. I stick to snapchat and instagram, I'm a visual guy and I don't really care about the opinions of people I went to highschool with. That's a justification people'll chuckle at if you say it in the right tone. As long as you have something that validates that you aren't an asocial autist you'll be fine. Most women are involved in all social media in some way, if they're into you they'll communicate through your pathway of choice.

Sleep well, eat well, exercise.

Get zinc and magnesium (nuts are good), allow yourself some saturated fats and cholesterol(have a nice steak every once in a while) but don't go overboard. Keep at a reasonable BF%. Eat your veges, especially cruciferous veges.

Lift heavy, do some cardio.

Don't do anything too stimulating before sleep.
