1. Walkouts. You pile up the weight but don't actually work it. Merely set up the safety bars and walk out.
2. Chain squats.... Load the bar to 90% max... add chains... wrap knees, squat.
3. Stand Ups.... Set the safety bars at shoulder level.... add weight.... merely stand up, and hold position for 10 secs.

Smolov is pretty aggressive, but it depends on where you're at. If you're just starting out hop on a linear progression program, SS or something similar, and ride the gain train as far as you can. 15-30lbs a week is pretty goddamn fast.

Rest squatting is a meme. Even though, it's a great way to rest, when there's no chair around. Used to sit like that in an elevator at gym, when I was alone there.
