How long does it take for your body to clear itself up? Meaning go back to where it was without supplements and stuff?

Stopped the following cold turkey
>Stopped MK 677
>Stopped test booster+anti-estrogen (2 months off, 1 month on x 3)
>Stopped creatine
>Cut caffeine intake in half
>Stopped pre-workout (8 months use)
>Stopped eating a pre-workout meal as well
>Cut calories by 35% mostly carbs
>Started intermittent fasting
>Woke up, everything is aching
>Went to the gym and feel stiff and just cant throw weights around like I used to
>Feel burnt and cant even do bodyweight dips
>Feel kind of sleepy though I had like 8 hours of sleep I still feel sleep deprived

I am currently taking Milk Thistle to hopefully speed up the process, but is there any other way?

It would help if healthy food had more calories, but holy fuck it has so little calories. Vegetables have like 2 calories per kilo. Meat has more calories but you still have to eat fucktons to get barely the 2000 calories everyone needs, and stuff like rice, potatoes and other carbs are also very light on calories.

You can be on a "cut" just by not eating anything processed at all.

all the manufacturers say the same thing. load for week, maintain for 2 months, get off for a few weeks to a month before starting again.

is this actually necessary? is there any benefits to doing it like this? any loss of potency or something if you just keep doing it non-stop? I've been following the instructions for 3 """cycles""" now and wondering if I should take a break again.
