/fit/ I need some help.
I've been lifting for about a year and a half, no huge muscles, but good. I have a girlfriend that lives with me, and basically the only time she wants sex is immediately after the gym. No post-workout shake, no food, no time to relax and recover after hitting the gym as hard as I can. Just fuck.
