it's not that much m8, they both can have insane amounts of calories in them. 100g of chocolate has over 500 calories typically

Also go to see an orthodontist, you probaby need a splint. I remember after I had bracers I was given a retainer to wear at night and during workouts. If I went more than a week without using it I could feel my jaw going assymetric, but also my posture/spine. Would also begin to feel lethargic. If I went back to wearing the mouth retainer, I would feel more much aligned, but also healthy. Now I lost it and feel like shit.

are steroids really that bad?

My childhood + adolescence was quite stressful and I didn't sleep much or eat.
I'm 18 now and am weak and frail as fuck.

Stress raises cortisol levels, and the higher the cortisol you have the less testosterone you have.

I feel like a simple test e or even tren cycle would work wonders.

I know literally nothing about roids besides the fact that some people swear by it and some say its not worth it.

Whenever I'm doing dips, I get a sharp pain between my traps and my neck when I release from the bars. I'm fine during the actual motion, just as soon as I let go. Anyone ever had a similar pain?

I feel something similar, op. Though not my traps, more in my clavicle near my shoulders. I've found that the slower i release from the bar, the less pain their is. Either way, it goes away nearly immediately. I thought it was normal.

Why the fuck did my key fob stop working?
I go to anytime fitness and all of a sudden this shit stopped working. It's not staffed right now so I can't get help from these fuckers. Just took my fucking preworkout trying to get a workout in and ended up just driving back home. Fuck this shit.
