alright /fit/, fat burger here, 6'1, 206 lbs.
I want to start jogging with weights and I have an old tacticool vest from when I was in the chair force that I threw rocks in order to add a little resistance to my runs. I'm going to do a test run on my morning workout, but my real question is will this get me shot in burger land? there is a trail I usually go out to where there is a lot of soccer moms and old women with call the police syndrome.

here's how to cope:
1. buzz/shave
2. get swole. a skinny bald guy looks like an auschwitz prisoner
3. if white, get a tan. look at pics of bald guys and you'll easily see a pattern: the darker their skin, the better they pull off being bald. don't go overboard, but keep at least a minor tan going
4. some facial hair usually works well
and realize that while almost all girls will prefer hair to baldness, how much they care about it varies from complete deal-breaker to indifferent. focus on the girls who like how you look and ignore the rest.

my gf gave me free hand over her diet and workout routine and I need tips how to make the best of it.
She is 60kg, 174cm and never lifted in her life, she used to dance and runs semi regularly.
Considering that tis the bulking season, I'm thinking of having her on a bit over maintenance (although her end goal is to lose 5 kg, I think this will make use of the noob gains) and strenght program to begin it off.
I've led a few brothers to fitness and helped them with their diets and routines, though this is my first time doing something like this for a girl.
