OK, I need some help
I am 28 working out every 2nd day for 2 months
I have a confusion about supplement protein powder, BCAA, and creatine,

I wake up eat 5 egg whites and drink coffee and go to gym , i am there in 20 minutes, when i arrive i make a workout drink/shake it contains magensium and water,
I see builders puting BCAA and Creatine
and i undertstand BCAA helps the protein build faster and better and creatine gives the muscule power
Can you redpill me a bit on supplements when to take them?
I am 28 skinnyfat i dont have time to waste i need to have significant results thats why i will use all available supplements EXCEPT steroids there just is 0 of that stuff in my city

What to do if your parents are gains goblins?

I'm honestly terrified.

Even if I do reach my aesthetic peak and look fantastic, better than say, 90% of the population or more, I feel as if I'd be restrained to being a stupid normie who goes through 9+ month LTRs over and over again.

Why does my body look so "soft"?

Been lifting 4 fucking years.


It can't be my strength level, because there's half a dozen guys at my gym who share very similar strength levels, who look lean, hard and jacked. While I just look soft and flabby. Is it all just bodyfat % that makes you look good?

Yes.

Anyone will look "soft and flabby" with high bf. And conversely anyone will look significantly stronger/bigger if they lose bf because muscle separation gives the illusion of more musclemass.

I only do it when im cutting. Then again I never look at myself during cuts, not until the final days. Then I reveal.

I have this autism where If I look at myself getting smaller without instantly being shredded I can't stick to the cut.

I'm not sure if it's just me, my genetics or whatever, but I look like absolute poo when I'm cutting. It's not until I've got only a few pounds to go where I look insanely good.

Staying covered also helps keep your mind off the cut, and able to focus on other things, since your not constantly looking at your body.

How many minutes should i run to achive fat loss? I currently run at a pace of 6:28/km (including break) for about 16minutes two times a week. But i feel this is way to short to achieve fatloss.

Depends. If you do HIIT it's 15 minutes a day, but otherwise it should be at least a half-hour a day of about 60% effort. Increase resistances as you feel like you're improving if you're running on a machine.
