If you have a weight vest to advance it's good

i did not think of that
i wanted to pick one of those to help with my shadow boxing
this is all part of me wanting to gain more functional strength and lean out
one of my cardio goals is to cycle from Jacksonville to St augustine [45 miles] in about 8 weeks

Without a weight vest this training is inefficient and more focused on muscular endurance.

It'll work.
But if you want strength then you can put together a dedicated strength based calisthenics workout
And if you want power you can do a plyometrics workout or relatively high rep calisthenics routine
If you are looking for mass strength and endurance then yeah. This is a good routine and has everything covered.
If you want to go for a certain goal then you can optimize it a bit.

i am going to introduce that in time
i feel slowly adding more resistance via weight will workout nicely
boring but consistent
