How do I fucking get strong?

Lifting for 2 years now, my lifts are fucking abysmal, I'm weak as shit. 6'1, ~180lbs.

Honestly, can someone post a full explanation of what I have to do to get stronger?

What I do right now is just a PPL routine I found on reddit and everyone says it's good, but I've been on it for like a month and I can't even add 5lbs to any of my lifts.

I eat around 3500 calories daily, I make sure I get a lot of protein and I take creatine, vitamins, BCAAs, L-glutamine and I try to drink less than three times a month.

Nothing is improving though.

Bench is 80kg 5x5
Can't squat cuz knee is kinda fucked, scared of destroying it
Deadlift is 150 kg 2x5
OHP is 55kg 5x5
Dips 25-30kg 3x8-10
Pullups with 10kg 5x5

Like I'm genuinely considering suicide because of this.

im an inch shorter than you and weigh 10 lbs more. started losing weight at about 210-215 too. have stretch marks all over my biceps and from my armpits all the way down to my thighs. i hope i dont get loose skin.

i heard loose skin goes away when you fill out if its not bad and yours doesn't look that bad

I was on my grind and feeling good a month ago and then I don't know what happened but I just fell off my routine. Stopped going to the gym, stopped eating healthy, and I feel like shit. Why do I have all of a sudden this lack of motivation and how do I get it back? Has this ever happened to anyone here? Could smoking weed occasionally be a factor?

workout 2-3x a week using Rest Pause Training.

I prefer just doing fullbody training 3x week and counting calories without depending on coffee :)

I have done a lot of research on this, and it seems to be unanimously agreed upon in the scientific community that a diet devoid of animal products, and rich in whole foods is the healthiest.

Chicken, milk etc has benefits of protein and IGF1 which will make you bigger, but is unnatural and detrimental to your body in the long term.

Don't get me wrong, I don't really give a shit about killing animals, but if eating them is unhealthy then I guess I'm a vegan.

Your thoughts? Do you think muscle building outweighs health implications?

'Healthiest' is not only quite a subjective term but also isn't the be all and end all of diet and exercise.
To gain the same benefits of a meat eating diet for a vegan requires an amount of time, effort and money that is far above what the average person would be prepared to bother with. Add in the extra requirements of protein etc a gym goer would require and the task is almost impossible.
The difference in disease risk between vegan and meat containing diets would almost certainly not be worth the detrimental effects of the additional preparation time and financial cost that is necessary.
