How do you guys feel about Keto? Is there anything special about it in regards to fat loss versus just counting calories?

So how do I get to that point?
My friends tell me I should take up Judo or wrestling classes, since I'm already pretty strong. But I don't know. She wrestled for four years in highschool, and I'm not sure I'd be able to out-skill her without as much time invested. So I think it might be quicker to just lift harder. Then again, I've only been progressing at 5lbs/mo on most of my lifts, so I'm worried that it'll take years before I get to that point.
Would it help if I started concentrating on certain muscle groups? Are there muscles that are exceptionally important for groundwork?
It really bothers me that she won't acknowledge that I'm strong.

If you slightly bend your knees, you aren't all of a sudden doing wall squats without the wall. There is more to locking your knees out, which deals with blood supply. Not to mention if you are exhausted/dehydrated, and are about to lose the balance, its much easier to recover balance without even moving the feet if your leg isn't mimicking a skyscraper.
