Hey /fit/. I have a story to share with you.

I just came home from training. I have a short period to spend with my family. This time was supposed to be the happiest of my life. I was anticipating all the junk food and stuff I was going to eat and how much I was going to sleep in and spend all day playing video games, like how I used to be before /fit/ (which was years ago). Well i've done that for a bit, and my time is almost up, and i've never felt so depressed during this time. This whole time I haven't gone to the gym because I knew I was going back to training and I was like fuck it, but you know what I realized? The reason why I was and currently am so depressed is because fitness gave me a purpose in life, it gave me a reason to wake up in the morning. Now that I took it out of my life I have nothing. We've come a long way and we've dropped a lot of bad habbits. So at least be proud of that.

Hey guys!

Came here around 5 months ago looking for some advice, decided not to ask for it but instead read the sticky. I have been doing the Stronglifts 5x5 Workout in that time. I am 6'2", and went from 92kg to 85kg, 22% body fat and now I am at 18%! Feels good man! I have had a couple of 2 week breaks from the program as I've had to travel for work, but so far my lifs for the Powerlifts 5x5 are

Squat 82.5kg
Bench 45kg
Overhead Press 37.5kg
Bent Over Row 40kg
Deadlift 1x5 at 95kg (120kg 1RM)

I am going to keep going on this program for another month and see how my progress is. What do you guys reccomend I move on to in terms of a program when I start to peak? I want to get a better level of fitness so have been using this to get stronger and lose body fat, and I am still wanting to do heavy weight training but not with the goal of getting massive. I want to be athletic. My goal is to have 12% body fat, being able to work well with my body weight with calisthenic exercises, whilst still lifting heavy weights.

Thanks for any advice in advance!

When you learn the mechanics behind the program to start your own programming, you need to count calories, understand in what your body can and can't do, and supplement with accessories to improve it. SL is just building a base for you to start exercising, most people think they can start learning how to lift before they know how to exercise

I NEED YOUR HELP /FIT/
This is a health related thing. Before you ask, yes, I've been to the doctor which suggested only one solution that doesn't work for me. Maybe random strangers from a meme internet imageboard can help me.

That being said my problem is the following: Most of the time I have constipation which eventually transforms into diarrhea and it fucks up my stomach for a while. Then I start to poop normally, then constipation, diarrhea, bam, repeat cycle forever. It makes my life very shitty. I went to the GI and he discarded the possibility of any allergy/gluten intolerance, tried a few pills for some stuff, nothing worked. Then, I went to the psychiatrist because of anxiety and she gave me SSRIs. Those make my dick go flacid like you wouldn't believe but for reasons I don't understand they also fix my poop issue. I poop normally and it's pretty good. I can gain weight again. The problem? It makes me sleepy and my penis becomes small and useless.

I stopped taking the SSRIs in order to become sexually-normal again, just to realize the poop issue is back.

So basically I either stay a skeleton with the biggest erections ever or I become a normal/healthy guy with an useless dick. And no one is willing to give me a third option.

what do?
