Are foam rollers useful or just a meme?
>>39387874
They are very useful in my experience.
I used rolling to help out a shoulder issue that was fucking with my pressing. It helped loosen up my shoulder movement greatly.
I have used it for quads, calves and hips also, which feels so painfully good, and does leave you feeling looser and better, but I haven't had any injury or tightness issues with my legs to say if it helps with that. I think it would though.
>>39387874
They help loosen your muscles, increase flexibility, increase blood flow and get you in the zone. They're nice, but don't expect any magic
I'm thinking about getting one for my traps, wich are always in tension. Has anyone here used a foam roller on this area?
how do I get calves like these
>>39387798
uhhh wear heels?
>>39387798
by sucking more cock than you do now

Is she natty?
do you 'believe' in chiropractic adjustment, brehs?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=43b0T88zD-E
watching the vid, other than the obvious boner, i feel these type of 'professionals' could fuck you up for live, so that you need to visit every other month
any experiences you mind sharing about it?
>>39387762
what the fuck
>>39387762
I've been to the chiropractor several times. Had a rib out a couple of times and had tons of knots in my back from sports in highschool. My guy helped a shitload, but some chiropractors are better than others.
>>39387762
I have the weirdest boner right now
This guy is 7'2. When will you manlets realise, that there is no such thing as being too tall for a man? The taller = the better. Even if you're 6'2, 6'4 guy will alway be superior to you
>tfw his dad is 6' in this picture
>there is not such thing as being too tall
>>39387737
>another "everything i have in my life is my long bones" thread
Fuck off, faggot.
>>39387759
>>39387767
i'm 6'3" and everywhere i go i see manlets that clearly don't workout with decent to cute gfs. what the hell is going on?
i was lead to believe women like tall guys that workout but clearly that doesn't seem to be the case, at least from my experience
are people on this board liars?
on a side note what's a good belt for dips? my old one tore after a few months
>>39387718
>i was lead to believe women like tall guys that workout but clearly that doesn't seem to be the case, at least from my experience
Same here, although im just 6'1'' so prolly manlet by /fit/ standards
Girls usually pick the first guy who approaches them in their teens and then monkey branch onward through life, picking whatever guy makes them feel comfortable
Comfort >>> looks for girls
>>39387718
Money, being lean and drugs make a big difference
>>39387718
doesn't matter how tall and swole you are if you have a shit face/personality.
>he counts the bar
I know this is bate, but how the fuck you do not count the bar. It still has weight that you lift, stupid.
>>39387632
You only have to count the bar if the serial numbers on the plate and bar dont match.
>>39387638
This is even more fucking retarded.
That would make sence if you put one plate only, but if you, for example, put two plates they now magically split the added weight of the bar?
What is med school like? what is the work life balance like? I've always wanted to help people in a way that i can apply my analytic talents, and i like the idea of at least waking up each day knowing you're doing something good, which i don't see in allot of other professions. But i also don't want to loose my 20s to books, i'm a very hard worker but i also need a good social component to my life, which i've found out over the years. Is going through med school a good place to form bonds with people or is it sterile?
I have the grades going in but i'm just not sure if this is the right path or not. Any experiences would be sick.
>>39387623
This is not /fit/-related.
My life consists of: lifting, drinking, studying.
So everything's good.
t. med 1
>>39387647
yeah lol i could be pissing in the wind posting this here. Sounds like a worthy lifestyle.
You could do PA school like me. Only 2 years after undergrad and then you can start practicing medicine. Or become a rad-tech or a nurse. Lots of choices. Sounds like you should visit the health department in your college and ask these questions.
Who here /Hot Pockets/ everyday?
>>39387504
burns the roof of my mouth
no thanks.
>>39387508
You know they're pre-cooked right?
I don't refrigerate them, I let them thaw and eat them at room temperature just like any sandwich.
>>39387522
what
hey /fit/ what's the fastest way to cut fat? I'm already a bit underweight but I feel fucking bloated and I have a big party in three weeks, should I just fast and that'll do?
>>39387403
with a knife
>>39387411
Come on bro I'm serious
>>39387403
Cancer and HIV, they take longer than three weeks though.
If you get an appointment, a gastric band could fix it in that time frame.
>want to get /fit/
>have bad KP all over my arms
Any way i can treat this shit?
>>39387396
Iktfb. Following have not worked:
-Amlactin
-Gold Bond Rough & Bumpy
-Exfoliation
- Coconut oil
Fucking ready to give up desu. Apparently getting older helps.
Don't exfoliate, don't take hot showers and wash using soap every day. This removed it for me.
>>39387396
had this shit all over my shoulders and arms when I was a dyel fatty
started lifting and didnt give a fuck about it, and now they're gone
>tldr dont be a bitch and get your ass to the gym
Has anyone tried it? You can get 10kg for $150 atm. It's 82% WPC.
I've read good and bad about it but it costs $15 to post a small sample package.
>>39387339
I use Bulk Nutrients.
>>39387348
>I use Bulk Nutrients.
I use venom but MyProtein has a special on 10kg of WPC for $150. Venom would be $200 for WPC for 10kg.
I've just read that probably 50% of people said the flavours were so bad they couldn't drink it but 50% said it was fine. Don't want to waste $150 if I have to drink this shit for a few months.
>>39387366
Hey mate, I live in Europe so I just get it from their UK supplier. The tastes are a bit odd, not superb but they can be drunk.
I'd recommend the regular vanilla, it tastes kinda like melted vanilla icecream, which is a weird taste but it goes down.
Alternatively, if you don't mind unflavoured, their unflavoured protein powder tastes like everybody elses.
Are bodybuilders stronger than powerlifters overall?
>>39387071
One is a strength sport, one isn't. Which one do you think is going to be stronger?
sage because you're a moron
The general rule is that """powerlifters""" (aka the type who talk shit about bodybuilding on the internet) will never, ever look like bodybuilders but bodybuilders can be as strong as """powerlifters""" easily.
Now when you talk about actual powerlifters the line blurs a bit because if an IFBB pro enters a ppwrlifting comp. then I guess he is classified as a powerlifter; so a powerlidter can have a bodybuilder physique in that case (Stan Efferding comes to mind).
>>39387085
El oh el this is what /fit/ "strength trainers" actually believe.
These are the type of people that call huge bodybuilders weak because they see them benching only 225/315 at the gym and magically assume that is their max bench press.
People outright treat me as a child. I'm 22.
I don't know if it's the physique, or if I'm giving a kiddie vibe, or even if it's my personnality or hell, maybe even my voice..
How do I make it stop?
>>39387061
You're quite skinny. Do a bulk and get thicker build.
Wait till your 30
>>39387061
You keep posting this image and asking questions like this. I believe this isn't you and this is repetitive shitposting.
Posting that image should be a bannable offense.
How does this make you feel, /fit/?

I loved that movie, hater.
>>39386872
yeah thats a good movie
>>39386872
Chill out, it's a good movie. Also Ben Stiller's best role.
