Of course there are studies. Google is at your fingertips.

Maybe there are some side effects to drinking milk(and eating meat, if those hormones are affecting the milk, they're obviously going to affect the meat), but since after this much research, and this many years of this many people drinking milk, there isn't a definitive answer as to what extent the effects are, it doesn't really fucking matter.

Keep a sense of proportion in mind. Just because *some* effect has been proven, doesn't mean it's necessarily worth sweating about.

Yeah I have a habit of showering at home instead of the gym. It saves me time because I don't have to cool down in the locker room and bring moisturizer with me. But perhaps I should change this.

It's actually quite a psychedelic manuver that you gotta do.

It's kind of like shaking and twisting at the same time. It might be a little bit difficult to figure out first, but when you catch on to how to do it, you can shake off any amount of weight at will.

I like to dominantly twist left if that's what you are asking.
