Yes. being aware of it helps. I started forcing myself to keep eye contact with people when they talk and repeat what they say in my mind to help my memory.
I also force my self to focus on every letter I type or write to make sure the spelling is correct.

my overall goal is just to look decent with my shirt off. I don't care if it's at 160lbs or 180lbs, since I imagine the method is just to lower my bf%. however, I also want it maintainable (with lifting obviously) so I don't need to eat 1500 cals a day the rest of my life.
when I posted October progress, everyone on here said to start eating at a deficit and my lifts will go up regardless from "neurological gains" and fixing my form. a lot of my lifts have, but my bench has stayed the same (failed trying 120 for like 2 straight weeks, got sick of rolling the bar off of me so often). it's definitely a result of eating less, for I can do a lot more the day after cheat dinners. I don't mind though since at least I lost some fat.
I've been eating 1500 cals a day and as the pic says, I've lost about 8lbs. I've crash dieted and cardio before and lost a lot more, but my goal was to keep whatever little muscle I have (which I think I did since all of my lifts stayed the same or improved).
what can I do moving forward? keep cutting and let my lifts stall? to what weight? or is now a good time to go back to eating normal and try to keep raising my lifts?

Get rid of "cheat dinners" first they're just going to slow you down.
Do HIIT cardio if you aren't already, continue cutting until you feel happy with how you look without a shirt, then clean bulk.
You're basically at a crossroads of keep cutting into skelly mode, yet be lean, or bulk to throw in some good mass, but get more fat (not what you want probably) so keep cutting.

Anyone else work manual labor?
I've been digging trenches for about 9-10 hours and waiting in traffic for 2-3 each week day, so there's very, very little energy and time left to go to the gym.
I was running a typical 3x5, but that's becoming too taxing so I'm wondering what others do in this situation.
I was thinking of running an U/L with 3 exercises a day, or fullbodying with 2 exercises 5x a week.
I don't want to lose my strength and shoulder gains

I did 8 months of doing construction work and still gained some muscle, mostly in the back. I did mostly pic related and showeling sand though. My legs and lower back were too tired to do squat and deadlift.

Is a minimalist home gym a meme?
I'm an European manlet who was achieving ottermode but in my area there are only shitty gyms with no space for deadlift and no squat racks.
There is a crossfit gym but that's another story.
My goal is to be a THICC manlet and I was tired of not doing compound lifts except for bench.
So I started investing in a home gym, I had a power rack custom built and I bought some heavy duty rubber mats (meant for commercial crossfit gyms, really solid stuff).
So I paid 550 for everything, and I obviously still miss at least a bench, bar and plates.
Is a home gym like that all that I need to become a strong and thicc manlet?
Or have I really just just fallen for barbell only workout meme?

At my gym there is like 10 treadmills and 8/10 are using the rails, high incline, and low spd. Is it true that holding onto rails means there is no incline at all because you are holding yourself up?
