Had it done like 8 years ago. It's fine. Your whole groin area will turn purple for about a week after the surgery and you can't do any sort of heavy lifting. But my shits fine now. Though the dialated ciens never go away and I do get sharp pains once in a blue moon.
All in all. Get it OP. If the viens stay that way too long they'll slowly kill off your testie. My one ball is slightly smaller than the other cause it started dying from too much heat caused by the excessive blood flow.
