Natty limit is where ever you progressed to before you decide to take roids.

Everyone has a different natty limit. Genetics play a big part in it, some people are genetically inclined to begin steroids sooner than others.

>add 10 lbs since last week's work out
>crank out 5 reps, ez
>add 10 more lbs
>crank out 5 more reps, still ez
>get too cocky, am now up to 30 lbs more since last workout
>on 3rd rep realize I can't get back up
>luckily safety bars are there, let the bar roll off shoulders onto them

wasn't as scary as I thought it would be. at least when squatting I'm now going to be less cautious about adding weight.

Apparently I'd forgotten to attach the clip on that side, probably the most embarrassing thing that's ever happened in the gym so far, caught me completely by surprise.

Last night, I started my routine with a bench press. I recently did a few reps of 160, so I got cocky myself and after a warm-up set, set the total weight to 140, going for ten reps. One, two, three, four, five, six, seven... eight... uh-oh, bar only went halfway up on nine, now I'm stuck with that on my chest. I could have bailed by spilling it to the side, but I didn't want to make a huge commotion, so I look around quickly. I see a woman on the leg lifting machine and two guys she's chatting with. I say "excuse me". I say it again, and she turns to look at me, she's looking me right in the eye, she can see I'm struggling. She says nothing while continuing to stare. I say "help". She keeps lookin. I repeat myself, more harsh in tone now because I can feel the bar digging into my sternum. This lady STILL can't take a hint, and worse yet, she looks away and resumes her set. Now I can feel my sternum starting to bend, electing to use the last of my strength to tip the bar over. Just then, one of her male friends finally hurried over and helped me set the bar back.

I was quick to get up, shake his hand and thank him for bailing me out. And then I proceeded to bore a fucking hole in the cardio bunny's face with a smoldering glare when I went to freshen up before continuing the rest of my routine. Normally I don't do passive-aggressive things like that, but I felt like she earned it.

I'm not saying I was entirely in the right here. Thinking isn't the same as knowing, I should have had someone there to spot me. But still, if you see someone struggling and it's clear that bar isn't coming back up, don't fucking stare, I don't care if you're in the middle of your leg lifts, tell your friend who's standing right there. Don't you know an emergency when you see one? I have a small bruise on my chest, but I'll be fine. Next time, and every time after, I WILL get a spotter, one way or another. Lesson learned.

HGH will help you grow taller and wider bone wise. Though it can cause problems like gaps between all your teeth due to jaw growth outstripping your natural set of teeth.

Steroids won't generally help with your frame growth, if anything they can hinder it by speeding up the closure of your growth plates.

HGH is expensive as fuck btw. You could look into mk-677 but its more of a meme than anything.

Girlfriend wont let me get a gym membership. Im fat as fuck. Almost 300lbs at 6'3 before i got with her i was 220lbs. My blood pressure is 145/110 daily. I feel like im dying if i run 100 ft.

If you have enough experience counting calories, you should be able to look at any food and have a pretty good idea if it is high calories or low calories. It takes longer but you can adjust over time based on changes in your weight.

Sup /fit/, I have like a 400 calorie slot in my cut I need to fill with as much potassium and fiber as humanly fucking possible because according to MFP, I need way more of that shit.

Should I just eat a few bananas? Or is there another food that can give me more of that shit? What will give me the most bang for my buck here?

Because potassium supplements that I find only supply fucking 3% of the daily recommended value per pill. I'd have to take like 20 of the fuckers.

not a perfect fit, but they're yummy too and have carbs so yeah fuck it why not.

avocados have more of both but ain't nothing taste wise compared to bananas

another option is to make some kind of shake/smoothie with plenty of some kind of fibery thing (psylium husk or ground flaxseed) for tons of fiber, and for potassium add a shitload of LoSalt. But you'll have to make it some kind of chocolately shake so the salt works taste-wise.

Or the final option, and it only works for the morning...have a big double coffee, and add the LoSalt to that...but instead of filtering the coffee, leave the grounds in there and drink those too. Very fibery. Fiber + potassium. Wa la!

This use to be me.

Until I saved up like $10k jobseeker bux and had to spend some of it, so I decided to drop $3k on a home-gym.

I kind of miss the local gym though, it got me out of the house, and it is more fun lifting at the gym, but whatever.

Shoulder tip?

So I haven't been isolating my shoulders that much and I feel like my benches and curls are surpassing what my shoulders can handle. They often pop when I stretch them or go full range of motion. They don't get too sore, once it was hurting but felt better after a few rest days, but they don't feel up to par with the rest of my body.

Should I spend a few weeks going shoulders mostly until I get them big or just incorporate for OHP and raises and stop progressing on the bench for a little bit.
