I went to the gym for the first time 48 hours ago and all my muscles still hurt like shit when I try to move. I wanted to go today aswell but I can barely walk because of the squats I did.

you go and do your warmups, and the DOMS will gradually disappear, at least enough that you can still work out. DOMS is no reason to skip a workout. I've had days where I could barely walk from the car to the gym and still did fairly heavy squats. At least give a shot before you think it's impossible.
When deloading on SS, am I supposed to add extra volume, or just leave the program as it is?
