Yes. Pick a minimalist training program. Cut hard from january until april, trying for 1-3lbs/week weightloss, between a consistent daily deficit and lots of cardio.
You might get a little stronger during this time, but you wont build muscle.
From April to September, lean bulk with a 2-300 calorie daily surplus. You want to aim for about 1/2lb oer week weight gain. You can do a bit more training vilume this way. Pick a sensible routine and follow it, adding weight as frequently as you can, even if its just 2.5lb a week.
From September until a week before you leave, run a 500cal/day deficit and aim to lose 1lb/week.
Boom, dont even need steroids.

A whole year to get from 25% bf to like 12% is not a yuge deal at all. Break it down with a bit of math:
25% at 195 lb = 48 lb of fat
12% bodyfat requires you to lose around 28 lb of fat.
around 11 months to lose 28 lb of fat, that's 2.5 pounds a month, only 0.6 pounds a week. Easy. Also don't do gear

Ever considered getting a nosejob or other kinds of plastic surgery /fit/? I have a nose that basically has no tip, it's round and shapeless and kind of points downwards, as my gf describes it it feels "like a sponge." Studies have proven that a thin, pointed nose is considered the most attractive, and I just feel like it'd change my face so much.

Why do people not like to skim down? I'm happy eating less. I could happily eat 1 sandwich per day and a small salad and be done for the day with no hunger. I have to force feed myself to eat 4,000 Kcals/day when I'm bulking and it's pure shit.
