Buy by the 10 lb bag at an indian grocer

Lentils + rice make a complete protein, tens of millions of poo-in-loos live off this combo for pennies a day

They have a pretty neutral earthy taste and make great curries and soups

I'm a really shitty vegetarian. Basically only use whey and occasionally I will eat some fish. I want to take the steps to go vegan but I really do not think i will be able to get in the protein I need without a shake. Basically I don't even use the standard wheys that are usually chocolate/vanilla and the like. I use isopure but the juice flavored ones...its a bit easier for me to drink. Are their any vegan alternatives to this drink?

What do you think veganism is? If you just cut out meat, dairy, and eggs you're still a vegetarian. Veganism is knowing exactly what you're consuming, from the sugar you intake to the clothing you wear.

You've never gone into Walmart and seen Vega protein and all those other ones? There should also be "health food" stores in your area like Whole Foods too. Their prices are usually shit but it'll give you an idea of what's available.

Also, look up wheat gluten/seitan, tho if you're asking a chink for it they call it "mianjin" (mee-an-jin), and Gardein beefless ground (best macros/cost meat replacement). You should be getting as much of your protein and other macros/micros from the food you eat, that's why they're called "supplements." Legumes and grains are gonna be your friend.

What's more important, food or sleep?

I guess what I'm specifically asking is have you ever gotten less than optimal sleep, been a bit tired, but pushed through it & ate a lot, maybe then went out & gotten crunk, and still felt relatively good & made gains because of good nutrition despite exhibiting subpar resting behaviors??

Assuming you aren't at a point where you are literally eating Macca's for every meal, it's safe to assume you get a decent amount of food and protein in, so your next modifier is exertion in the gym, how eager you are to learn new training methods and assess your performance based off of that and just general self control and such

These are all controlled by sleep for the most part. As a former insomniac I can tell you, the two hours between 6 hours sleep and 8 are the difference between a good workout and a pointless one

As long as you can get 4+ hours of sleep at night, then swipe a nap here and there shouldn't be much of an issue.

He says you'll only notice Alpha Brain's effects if whatever you do for a living is very memory intensive. So if you're a student or any kind of job that requires a lot of memory then alpha brain is for you? Does it really work? Beats me. Rule of thumb for me is supplements are bullshit and whatever nutrient you're supplementing, if it's really important to you, just get it from its food source. That is the most effective way you can get it.
