High intensity/rep calisthenics
Do full body workouts like burpees or muscle builders. It's really all you need to get your heart going or skip an invisible rope.

Lmfao my high school track team runs every single day of the year, from one end of town to the other (idk maybe 5 miles?) whether it's raining or snowing, let alone freezing temperatures. Dress warmer and go you pussy if your cardio is that important that you won't skip the one day. Otherwise just stick to whats routine. Don't let it be an excuse to fall off.
