So I 'designed' a new 531 excel sheet with a different TM progression.

I used the TM progression from the Juggernaut Method where you can EARN the increase.

Different is that the increase doesn't depent on the last week but on 3 weeks. Reason was I didn't like to go balls deep on the 5 or 3 week with nothing in reward.

I uploaded the excel sheet and pic related a screenshot.

BP and MP are increased with factor 1.0
PC is increased with factor 1.5
BS and DL are increased with factor 2.0

Is there evidence that this uploading and de-loading is the fastest way to increase your theoretical 1RM (even though it's only fully tested one week in a month).
