I'm currently bulking on roughly 3300 calories a day and I usually eat around 450 grams of carbs a day.
I often eat around 200 grams of carbs in one sitting for dinner.
Could this have any adverse health effects? I'm not worried about body composition as much as I'm worried about stuff like my blood sugar or risk for diabetes. I imagine doing this could cause a pretty big insulin spike.
My dad is diabetic so I'm a bit worried. Could eating that many carbs at once on regular basis fuck me up down the road?

Please do not share that image. Some new lifter is going to see that and think it's a good alternative to SS

It's pretty much SS with assistance work. It's a perfectly fine alternative.
Simple or complex?

Thats a push/pull routine. Its very different.

The exercise selection, rep ranges, and frequency are pretty similar same though.

Mostly complex carbs
What's better, the picture OP posted or this?

Why would a beginner do drop sets on bench press?
>>39778969
I'd honestly have beginners do that routine rather than some idiotic brosplit that the average IG fuccboy tells them to do.

If you need to ask then just go ahead and read the sticky again.
