ITT we name and describe people at our gym

Strongdad
>40-50+ with grey hair
>Looks strong as fuck but is also fat, belly portrudes further than chest
>Always happy to give out advice to people, even when they don't ask for it
>The other day he walked up to a skelly doing chest press machine and told him he needs to eat more

Shadow
>Always wear the same tanktop
>I've seen him shadow box between sets on many occasions
>Low body fat but almost no muscle
>Doesn't seem to be making any progress at all, probably eats too little
>We were about the same size when I started working out and I have since passed him in strength and size
>The other day I saw him squat for the first time ever
>I'd like to think he's copying my routine

Pestilence
>Fairly big guy, at least 6'4 tall
>Always wears a thick hoodie so it's hard to tell how muscular he is
>Has got a sweat stench like no one else
>Smells like death
>You can smell him from halfway through the room
>Wherever he walks by, a trail of death smell lingers for at least a minute
>I always wonder if he'd smell less if he took off the hoodie or the hoodie is actually there to shield us from death by mustard gas

What is the point in lifting if I have bad skin? I have small red pimples all over my chest, arms and back. Doc said it is an allergy to sweat and cant be cured.
Should I only do cardio and keep a healthy weight?

Are black women the superior choice for /fit/ gfs?

holy shit why didn't I start deadlifts earlier?

>finally learn proper form
>put one plate yesterday
>do 2x5
>on second rep literally feel entire back muscles working
>and in the end EVEN MY NECK, I didn't even fucking know I had muscles there

there is no, and I mean, NO other exercise that has worked as many muscles at the same as the dead lift.

doing dead lifts should be mandatory for anyone signing up at the gym, even if you are an old lady.

Hello all, Went training for the 1st time in 3 months today. I used to roid, but went in natural. I noticed I gained like 10-30lbs fat, but to my surprise kept 90% of my strength! I thought I would be a lot weaker. Is muscle retention/memory really that amazing?

Well, I have 90% strength, but my arms look a lot smaller, will they expand back up in time or?

Anyone know more of this subject? Have a happy Christmas bros!
