What do you think of my body? What should I do?
nice gyno
Lift weights, what the fuck is this /soc/?
>>39863547
Skinny. Lift and eat a lot.
Beginner here. Is the "work out no more than three times a week" thing only for lifting? Can I go to the gym these days and then get home and do cardio, flexibility exercises, and some other shit that doesn't involve weight/bodyweight, or will I be overdoing it?
Oh I also plan on swimming. Had to see the pic to remember it.
>>39863460
As long as you eat and sleep well enough for it, it shouldn't be a problem
>>39863483
>Had to see the pic to remember it.
lol. you'll give it up in less than a month
Alright, let's say (I'm still not convinced about this) you can't make your dick bigger.
How do you get the best, harder and reliable erections? It would be a good tradeoff.
>>39863408
Regular cardio.
prolong fapping.
>>39863408
>NoFap
>Jelqing, stretching and other penis exercises, except for kegels. Kegels are a meme.
>>39863408
I'm okay for cardio, but it would be interesting to know if it's better go for low intensity long rides or HIIT. When it comes to sex I can't find an analogue.
what do you mean on prolong fapping, edging on the verge of the cumshot? or just masturbate for long time?
Anyone heard of celery raising test and being good for testicular health?
Know any good ideas of ingesting it? The sticks taste like dirt so I just chuck some into my smoothies.
Share celery experiences here.
>>39863381
>one of the most widely used vegetables for flavoring meals
>"the sticks taste like dirt so I just chuck some into my smoothies"
Make a mirepoix.
>>39863381
Celery tastes like ass, cooked or not.
>>39863412
yea that might be a good way since they've got such a strong flavor.
Well /fit/, here's my fap calendar from 2016.
>blue means I fapped with number of times
>green means sex with the wife
>orange is something other than sex with the wife (hj = hand job, bj = blow job)
>red means wife's period
Looking at all the blue squares, I thought I tapped a lot, but I was surprised to see that I only fapped 244 times this year. Out of 365 days, that's only a 66% fap rate. However, one year is 52 weeks, so that's an average of 4.7 faps per week. I would like to lower that to 3 faps per week at the most, preferably 1 or 2, that would be ideal for me.
>>39863307
Your wife has her period for 8 days at a time? That must be a nightmare.
Also, you are autistic.
>>39863307
what is the point of a wife if you get to fuck her only 5 times a month?
>>39863307
I expect solid green next year you autistic fuck.
Anyone else struggling, here?
I've been hitting the gym for maybe 2 months now. I'd been dieting for about a year or so before that and lost around 50 lbs, but now I'm so discouraged. I don't see much results anywhere accept for my arms and legs, and it's pretty small for my legs. For half of my exercises, I don't know if I'm really "feeling" what I should or if I'm doing it right. I hurt my lower back doing barbell squats yesterday. I consistently feel dizzy and nauseous around 3/4 into my exercises, ESPECIALLY after using an assisted pull-up machine. My pants aren't getting any looser, my weight's hardly changing, I try to track my calories, and I don't have the money to buy the groceries for those 2000 Cal meal plans you make every week. I live at home still, I'm in college (soon graduating), and I have an internship that may eventually become a full-time job, but I don't make that much since I can only work 15-20 hours a week max. Idk if my work-out schedule is sufficient, and I want to try a plan from the sticky (but I don't know which one to go with).
>>39863300
What's your routine?
>>39863318
>treadmill: 1 minute 3.5, 5 min 6.0, 1 min 3.0
>3x10 barbell squats
>Just started doing 3x15 barbell calf raises since the calf extension machine didn't seem to do much
>3x10 Viking press
>3x10 seated military press
>3x10 leg press where you push your legs down (machine)
>3x10 leg press where you push your legs up (machine)
>3x10 assisted pull up
>3x10 bicep curl, recently started using some machine
>3x10 pullover skull crusher
I do this every other day, so 4 times a week
I'm supposed to do hard cardio in between weight training days, but I've slacked on that for the past week or so
>>39863443
I'm using the cable pulley bicep curl machine, not the preacher curl-like one.
So /fit/ show me your heart rate while at rest, and tell me how often you do cardio a week for how long.
>Pic related, its mine
>I do cardio 4x a week for a hour at a time
Haven't done cardio in months lmao
Last measured was 51 and I don't really do cardio, maybe sometimes for a quick warm up before lifting.
Wats the app ya niggers

He seems like just another loser that tries to over complicate fitness to seem like a genius to the normies. Proper posture isn't brain surgery.
Hello /fit/ I was wondering about bulimia. I have lost about 15 pounds in the last three months through intense dieting, exercise and bulimia. I am in a hurry to lose weight so I'm doing as much as I can, and I think that puking is a big part of that. I usually puke enough per day to fill a 500 ml bottle. I don't really force it out, it mostly just happens naturally. A friend said I might have ulcers but the other symptoms don't match up. Should I stop?
Nice b8 m8
If anyone is seriously considering bulimia as a weight loss tool, they are fucking retarded. The stomach acid will destroy your teeth, throat, stomach, mouth, nasal passages, etc.
>>39863141
Do you even know what bulimia is
>>39863141
Why would you be in a hurry? Eat clean, exercise properly, and stop with the stupid shit. It'll become a bad habit, and one thats hard to get rid of.
UPPER CHEST HELP PLEASE
how effective would using a Smith Machine be for Incline Bench?
I've been using Dumbbells for a while, but I've gotten to the point where getting the weights up into starting position is killing my energy for the rest of the set.
I'm using 85s right now, getting 8-10 reps, which means I could most likely go higher in weight, but I can't get the 90s up without fucking my shoulders. It doesn't help that I have very weak joints
I'm thinking of switching to Smith, because I don't really care about strength, I just want my Upper Chest to look good
>why not standard barbell
my gym doesn't have an incline bench for barbell
>>39863104
>I'm using 85s right now, getting 8-10 reps, which means I could most likely go higher in weight, but I can't get the 90s up without fucking my shoulders. It doesn't help that I have very weak joints
Gym buddy
>>39863104
do overhead pressing more. accept that it's a matter of insertion points, bodyfat or even unnattiness.
>>39863136
don't have one
>>39863246
I regularly integrate OHP into my Shoulder day, but even that I can't go too heavy, at risk of fucking my back up
A squat isn't a great standard of fitness because individual proportions greatly affect how much you can squat. A tall person has to create much more force to move the same weight in a squat.
>>39863011
>lanklets are weaker because they have to move a larger distance.
>>39863011
Genetics play a role in everything but they don't dictate everything. Layne Norton has really shitty proportions for the squat and he got a squat WR.
>>39863011
work on your mobility
most people who complain about long femurs actually just have shit hip and ankle mobility
Is doing sit-ups and push-ups everyday a good way to lose weight and be active? I can't afford a gym membership, and I live a really sedentary lifestyle. I also don't have any dumbbells or anything at home, just was wondering if doing simple push ups and sit-ups everyday would produce results.
Also yes I'm a fatfuck. Also let me save you the trouble "READ THE FUCKING STICKY" now that's out of the way any feedback or advice would be great.
Its better than nothing. Get your diet under control and start saving for a gym membership/a home gym. Look up a bodyweight routine. Do some cardio outside too. That shit is literally free.
>>39862946
Alright, I know you can just go outside and run/jog/walk or whatever, but I know you can do cardio workouts at home as well.
>>39862908
do cardio, bodyweight and save for a gym.

This is fucking hilarious, /pol/ in particular always gets me
Thinking about getting a toning belt. Are they any good?
>>39862829
You should totally buy them. Easy way to get abs without any work.
>>39862857
That's what I was hoping to hear. Can't wait to get ripped this year.
>>39862879
Great that you can fulfill some of your resolutions :)
what barbell do you guys use for general all around lifting?
i hope i'll never be autistic enough to differentiate between different barbells other than regular vs curling
>>39862840
Nothing wrong in lifting for fun
>>39862840
Once you have used a good quality barbell the difference is night and day
