Is doing sit-ups and push-ups everyday a good way to lose weight and be active? I can't afford a gym membership, and I live a really sedentary lifestyle. I also don't have any dumbbells or anything at home, just was wondering if doing simple push ups and sit-ups everyday would produce results.
Also yes I'm a fatfuck. Also let me save you the trouble "READ THE FUCKING STICKY" now that's out of the way any feedback or advice would be great.
Its better than nothing. Get your diet under control and start saving for a gym membership/a home gym. Look up a bodyweight routine. Do some cardio outside too. That shit is literally free.

Alright, I know you can just go outside and run/jog/walk or whatever, but I know you can do cardio workouts at home as well.

Buy a speed rope. Don't jump high, only enough so the rope goes under your feet, that's less than an inch (seriously, small jumps). The goal is to go fast, not waste energy going high, it's not basketball.
