I just let in a person into anytime fitness. I was running on the treadmill right next to the door, and she came and kept trying her key, I ignored for a good bit untill she came to the window infront and "forced" me to interact. I opened the door and she said her key doesn't work. I asked her if she called the number and she replied "yeah, they said they'll fix it" so I'm like okay and let her in. she then proceeds to let someone else in a bit later. It didn't occur to me that at that point, I might be responsible. Will I get in trouble /fit/? can I explain to the owner I didn't think it through and He'll gimme a break? I have 6 more months left on my contract, I can't afford to lose the monies.

First three are accurate.
For biceps, single arm cable concentration curls are better because of consistent tension and flexibility of grip throughout the movement.
For core, it's really debatable, I'd say hanging leg raises or hanging pendulae are better than planks though.
