Hello /fit/ I was wondering about bulimia. I have lost about 15 pounds in the last three months through intense dieting, exercise and bulimia. I am in a hurry to lose weight so I'm doing as much as I can, and I think that puking is a big part of that. I usually puke enough per day to fill a 500 ml bottle. I don't really force it out, it mostly just happens naturally. A friend said I might have ulcers but the other symptoms don't match up. Should I stop?

If anyone is seriously considering bulimia as a weight loss tool, they are fucking retarded. The stomach acid will destroy your teeth, throat, stomach, mouth, nasal passages, etc.

Why would you be in a hurry? Eat clean, exercise properly, and stop with the stupid shit. It'll become a bad habit, and one thats hard to get rid of.

As a skelly who doesn't like eating I'll give you a pro tip.
Once you get really hungry just go and eat one big spoonful of your favorite icecream. It should get rid of the burning feeling for about an hour.
