It just restricted blood flow, it goes away when the pressure goes away. Something like walking out heavy front squats is a pretty common way to do it, just train in a rack if you train alone.
Hey, /fit/. I've had a pair of nike air max trainers very similar to the ones in pic, and they seem to be giving me some issues with my calves and ankles. What sort of shoe should a /fit/izen who runs frequently buy? also, shoe thread general i guess.
I have a pair likes these but there not the sock version they're really versatile you can use them for working out and what not and then throw them on when you need to go to the store etc. Only problem I've experienced is they're a little slippery

Hey /fit/, six weeks ago I started doing pushups for fun (flabby skinnyfat, eats crap, don't like the gym). Ended up getting some noticeable improvements to my max and rep ranges, so I've now added in squats and plan to keep doing more stuff. When I get to three-digit reps, I'll most likely get some heavy-weight gear or something and start over again at 150% of my body weight. Because I enjoyed getting gains and wanted to maximise them, I also learned to cook myself lean protein meals and now my nutrition is pretty great.
Curiously, although I'm doing this for strength, does anybody know what it's going to do to me aesthetically? I'm guessing I won't put on muscle mass. Will I shred, or at least become the good kind of skinny like pic related? Wat happen?
Also, small aside, is there a really lazy way to do breakfast that won't mess my plans up? I hate cooking after waking up and don't kill me but I hate eggs. Is there like, some cereal I can get that's high protein and low in all the other nonsense? Is weet-bix good?

Also doing bodyweight exercise is not going to provide you with spectacular strength gains, it works your muscular endurance which is still a good thing but I don't think you have a clue what you're doing, so man the fuck up and go to a gym and follow a proper strength program if you want strength.
