Why do so many people on /fit/ claim that cheat days ie: binge days, don't add much fat, if any at all?

That is bullshit and you know it.

If you eat 6000 calories and your maintenance is only 2500 you're going to set yourself back 1 week worth of a -500 calorie deficit. Add that up over time, say you have 8 cheat days with 6000 calories in 2 months you've essentially lost 8 less pounds of bodyfat.

i've been working on it for weeks. my squat game is stellar, my bench is great, everything is going well

but good lord I can't keep the form on a barbell row to save my life. I look like a fucking clown even attempting it

what am I doing wrong? Is it worth obsessing over or should I find a different lift?

Guys what are some good accessory lifts to get The Press to go up. My goal is a body weight The Press this year.

Currently weigh 200 pounds and can The Press 160. Trying to get my body weight to 170 or so.

Push Press was pretty effective in increasing my OHP. It really slays your triceps, which is typically the weak point of most people's press

/fit/ is it normal to feel weak at the gym i eat 1600cals a day and workout 5x a week
I weigh 67kg
And most of my lifts are 40kg i do 5x10 everything i do is this normal

Is blending all your food bad for you? im a skeleton and eating is such a chore. When I put that shit in a blender I can consume 1000s of calories so quickly and effortlessly

See how my inner thighs get bigger as you go up the leg? There's excess muscle there, and I hate it. It gets in the way of running efficiently.

Alright /fit/, been lurking for a while and finally motivated to get fit, but I'm complete noob at this and been researching a lot. Starting workout today and wanted to get some peoples opinions on what I've come up with so far.

Here's what I've come up with that I'm doing every day, started yesterday and just finished up doing now:

Stretches for a few minutes
Jog / Brisk walk for 2km (I really only end up jogging about 500m of this because unfit AF)
2x7 Dumbell Wall squats
2x7 Dumbell fly's
2x10 situps
2x15 second planks
3x8 bench presses of 18kg
2x5 curls of 5kg
3x10 starjumps
2x30 crossovers (switching between southpaw and orthodox boxing stance quickly, not the weight crossovers)
2x5 burpees
Then another walk for about 10 minutes and some stretches and I take about a 30 second-1 minute between sets atm.

What do you /fit/izens think? Anything silly in there I shouldn't be doing? Anything I should add? pls no bully

I want to basically try and exercise everything allover (thus mixing all the cardio and weights and everything), get rid of my flabby mushroom top and get some toned muscles.

Also want to work on my cardio alot and will take it up alot in intensity so I can run more than 200m without nearly dying.

So /fit/ I'm still debating whether this is over training or I'm fucking dying and need a medic so help me figure it out.

>3 days straight skull splitting headache

>used to get strict 8 hours of sleep
>since the headaches started I can barely sleep 2
I mean the symptoms check out I think, but this is ridiculous. Back when I started bodyweight I wouldn't even take a single day of rest a week and would still be fine.

If it is overtraining, any tips to recover if I can barely sleep?
