How does the post gym 30 min protein window work? If I do my last bicep workout at 12:00 and my last tricep workout at 12:30 when would it have started? I can't choke down 100g of beef jerky in 30 min, let alone 15.

The anabolic window starts when you do your first arm exercise. Now since the bicep is 1/3 of your arm, you only have 10 minutes from your last curl to get that protein in. The tricep however, is 2/3 of your arm, therefore you have 20 minutes from your last tricep rep to get protein, so you should always do triceps after biceps to maximize your time.

i'm a cu/ck/ that used to be pretty /fit/ (still relatively fit, but now i prefer cooking as a hobby and so i don't eat nearly as clean anymore) i can answer your cooking questions.
I've been counting calories recently and I've lost 5 pounds in the past two weeks. It's dope, I'd recommend it to better understand the food you eat. For breakfast I had a turkey bacon BLT with avocado on whole wheat bread (533 cals) and for lunch I'm gonna have egg fried brown rice with grilled chicken and broccoli rabe (between 650-750 calories.)

Can prolonged use of this Brown wooden kitchen chair cause thoracic or lumbar spine problems? Probably poor posture but I feel like my erectors and my spine are always rounded in it even when I sit up straight. My thoracic spine is pretty messed up but not like super injured. Not always, but as a general rule grappling feels more natural for guys that are gorilla strong and striking will be better if you're a lanklet.
This is absolutely not the case but if you know anything about martial arts you know grappling favors strength/trapping and striking favors speed/agility
Judo, or Sambo if it's offered in your area. You could do some Must Thai if you're looking for striking but otherwise there isn't much else

From age 11 - 19 i was fat as hell, probably the fattest of my school and today i'm 23 and fit, but i feel like the ugliness and insecurity i was living with for all those years left me broken and i just can't feel good today even though i look completely different. This is exactly me but I was fat from 8-18, so exactly 10 years of being a fat fuck. Max weight was 87 kg at 5'8'', then I dropped down to 48 kg and get this I literally felt no difference in my body, and now at 22, I STILL can't realize i'm skinny. So keep at it bro, we will sommeday get used to it.
