I want to lose weight. They told me that exercises are not very efficient for that and that I need a diet.
Will cutting on carbs be enough to make me lose weight? I'm still in my 20s.
Right now I eat a lot of carbs pretty much every single moment. I eat bread when I wake up, rice during lunch, more bread later, and at night I might even eat rice with potatoes or something like that. If I can cut the amount of carbs to like maybe just a little rice at lunch and no more cabs, would I lose weight or do I need to do better than that?
I plan to replace most carbs with vegetables, eggs and meats like bacon if that works

I've been doing StrongLifts for a month now, and it's going well apart from one thing, and that's positioning the barbell on my back comfortably during squats
Seriously every time I go i try to position it on my back but it ends up digging in so much that by the end of the 1st rep I physically can't lift through the pain and I give up and use the whimp pad
I'm sure I'm not a biological anomaly and that it is just me being a retard but how do you do it? Do I just have to lower the weight and force myself through the pain?

Is the bar on your shoulders or on your traps? If you have no trap development, consider adding shrugs so you can build a base to hold the bar. I used to get pain when I started, but that's what fixed it for me.

the closer you can get your hands to your neck neck the better. This will make your traps turn into a bit of a shelf that will provide some cushion for the bar. So for the last couple of years i've gained some fat on my body, it is weird because it is basically only in certain spots; face, alot of belly fat and I have love handles aswell and also my behind & chest.
Right after the Summer in 2016 I started eating clean and counting my calories for a while, this was until December last year and I lost about 25 pounds.
I am 190 CM and I used to weigh 90 Kilos at max last summer, this was with clothes on, it usually shifted from 85-90. I am currently at 74 kilos, my face looks way better and I have lost quite the bit of fat all around my body & now to my question:
I still have 90% of my belly and "back/side fat" left, my arms and legs are very shredded everything is basically gone except for my moobs and belly fat and I am at 74 kilos... How do I lose the belly fat without going under 70 kilos? That is ridicilously low, I am fucking stuck. Please help me out!

If you want the "right" way, it's to continue eating at an accurate caloric deficit and give it a longer time to work.
If you want my advice, get some mk-677 and nolva/clomid. Take the mk for a few months and the serm for a few weeks. Should help with the moobs and fat storage in general. Yes steroids would be better, but I don't think you're ready for that.
