If you are around fat people enough, there is a very high chance you will become fat as well. Fat people usually ruin their children by giving them obesity at a young age and it is really hard to get out of that later on in life. The chubby-chasers often become fat themselves because of the horrid diet that their partner eats.
They take up resources and people's time. They take up valuable medical services and could be much healthier, but choose to continue to eat and be a medical burden.
You can be a complete asshole to an alcohol, drug, or gambling addict; if you call out a food addict you become a terrible person. It's a bunch of bullshit.

Anyone here set up a home gym recently? I'm DYEL and I'm not shy about going to the gym, it's just too far away and because of my sleep schedule I'm most active at times where the gym is closed. I used to lift 2 or 3 years ago pretty much daily, but I didn't know what I was doing and didn't have proper form. The only thing I did right was eating a lot, but I burnt out after a month and I basically just gained some fat. I also don't have a lot of room and I'm worried about putting too much heavy shit in my bedroom because it's on the second floor and while I know it's unlikely I don't want to wake up to see a power rack falling through the floor.
Just get a squat or power rack with a pull up and dip attachement. And an olympic barbell. Of you have the money, get an EZ-curlbar and dumbbells. And an adjustable bench. Thais pretty much it. If thats not enough, get a cable machine. Pic related is what i own and i can do pretty much everything.

so yea, i eat dairy. but i have not been drinking milk for atleast 10 years. i tried to have a glass some time ago, and i just dont like it anymore.
but ofcourse if you are lactose intolerent, there is no point for you in eating dairy without the lactose removed. that will only make you bloated and full of stomach cramps.
luckily there are plenty of options where i live without the lactose. you can even buy the enzyme which you lack if you are going out to eat. its called lactase, and you can get it in pillform from most pharmacies.

On the left was me back when I was 17 (sorry I don't have many pics of me from that time, certainly no shirtless ones). I'm 19 now. The photo on the right was taken last week after a gym session. I think I have definitely reached a nice "average" state but I'd like to get a but more fit. The two main areas I think need work are abs and arms. My arms are pretty noodley and there is till this thin layer of flab that goes around my whole belly area. I think it's mostly just left over skin from being a fatty but it doesn't look good. I would like to try to bring it in to where the red lines are if possible.
So I'm just wondering what you guys would recommend? would 100 crunches per day soon fix my abs/stomach area? As for arms, I do go to the gym but only twice a week. (I just use my college gym and I'm only in college twice a week) I'm trying to eat more protein too.
I guess I'd like to just go from being about a 5/10 average to like a 6 or 7? Not super ripped just kinda toned ya know? I'd be super greatful for any advice. I still get flab rolls when I sit down too, I'd like those to go away.
