i have an appetite problem due to my underlying condition, so i'm trying this thing where I eat a YUGE breakfast, and then eat lunch and dinner before I get hungry, so I don't eat too much then, I also plan on lifting before lunch. im thinking of tossing out the chobani for sugar free yogurt.

Your gym doesn't have bars?
Move biceps to chest day and triceps to back day.
Also decrease the volume, these workouts would take you at least 1+1/2 hours

How does fit deal with /gettingolder/? I'm only 25, soon 26 and already i feel small changes like hangovers being worse, memory not as "sharp" as it used to (like i need a few extra seconds to name that actor or w/e) and worst of all balding (even on propecia)

How would you fags go about incorporating deadlifts into SS so that you could do it 3 days a week?
For example my A day is ddl and my program is ABABABAB. I presume i should do ddl with lower weights on B days, but what could be that weight? My deadlift is 120kg.

I'm 23 years old, tall and kind of fit. I'm not overweight at all, but december was hard on me. I drank at least 150 beers..

I used to have abs, but now they are covered with a layer of fat. How do you get less belly fat? I can feel the muscles under the fat, and they just make me look fatter.

Fit, how do ya'll make your money to pay for things like a gym pass and whey protein? I recently got my 2nd job, this one at a local grocery store and I absolutely HATE it.
