ehhh my lifts are not really where they should be.
I've been lifting for two years but I've been in a constant state of cutting.
I fuck it up by drinking pretty often throughout college. But I've graduated now and drink far less, hence the recent weight loss.
My consistency has also not been amazing.

3x5 bench: 180 lbs
3x5 squat: 225lbs
2x7 DL: 255lbs
3x5 OHP: 115lbs

Okay yeah I could see that. My original guess was maybe 21-23% but I may be too high. Slight body dismorphia and such.

With lifts where they are and the time you've spent lifting, I'd guess your bodyfat is somewhere between 19-21%
With that said, these threads are usually pretty shit, and on top of it being very difficult to determine bodyfat from a picture, the vast majority of this board knows very little about fitness, hasn't been lifting long, and/or knows very little about the human body. Your best bet for an accurate reading would be to go to a doctor.
