Why do so many people on /fit/ claim that cheat days ie: binge days, don't add much fat, if any at all?
That is bullshit and you know it.
If you eat 6000 calories and your maintenance is only 2500 you're going to set yourself back 1 week worth of a -500 calorie deficit. Add that up over time, say you have 8 cheat days with 6000 calories in 2 months you've essentially lost 8 less pounds of bodyfat.

That's not how that works.
It's a cheat 'meal', not a cheat 'day' you fat cunt. And you should have them no more than once a month.
>>39964021
That's why you make it a cheat MEAL you fucking faggot.
>>39964036
Then how does it work?
>>39964036
Actually it's exactly how it works.
I can eat 1500 calories a day (3000 calories maintenance) and drop 2-3lbs per week with zero cheating.
If I have a cheat day on Saturday and consume shit loads of food I can easily get myself to stay maintaining my weight, despite having only consumed 1500 calories a day for the previous 6 days.
Maybe you just don't count your calories properly or you're a skeleton whose weight has never moved since you were 14 years old and your idea of a binge is drinking an extra class of water. Faggot.
I know what I'm talking about, you're just a ignorant faggot.
>>39964021
How in the fuck do you eat 6000 Calories?
>>39964021
>cheat day
>6000 calories
what the fuck are you eating dude

>>39964581
Are you poorfag dyels?
I only eat 2k calories a day right now because I like staying lean, but I could without a doubt easily eat 4-6k calories a day without an effort. I only don't do it because I don't want to be fat.

4-6k calories is a lot of food by volume even if you're eating candy and desserts
