i've been working on it for weeks. my squat game is stellar, my bench is great, everything is going well
but good lord I can't keep the form on a barbell row to save my life. I look like a fucking clown even attempting it
what am I doing wrong? Is it worth obsessing over or should I find a different lift?

your arms, shoulders, neck and back are for shit.
switch to dumbell rows, start livelifts, seated rows, pulldowns and OHP/dumbell and lateral/front raises until you are a functional human being

Look at yourself sideways in the mirror to watch your form.

I can't seem to ever get my hands comfortable. I'm too close or too wide or my wrists don't feel flexible enough and hurt.
I've switched to the bar and dumbbell. I just never found a way to do barbell that felt right
bump get back in here OP you stupid

>squat game is stellar
Buddy if you can't even do a basic movement like a fucking row I guarantee your squat is less than stellar.
Just use an inclined bench.

You might have a weak core and lower back. Accessory exercises friend. I never had core days before and i always struggled on deadlifts and rows and squats. Now that ive been doing 2 core days a week ive noticed my form improve on nearly all exercises.
