Im in ketosis to stop me from overeating and from worsening my thyroid disorder and getting diabetes.

I dont eat anything with sugar and dont eat fruit but im meant to be able to get vitamin c from the capsicum and spinach i eat every day.

But the gums in between the teeth have turned dark and bleed more easy.

Adding in sugar/fruit is not an option.

How do I get rid of acne, /fit/?

I'm 18, male. I've stopped consuming all dairy. I have never used nay harsh products on my skin. I don't have exposure to pollution. My hormones are normal. I am not stressed. No one in my family had/has acne. I drink enough water. I bathe everyday. I wash my face everyday. I use a moisturizer sometimes. (I'm natty, huuuuge into bw)

This has happened in the last two weeks and before that, my skin was clear as fuck. Now these hurt like a motherfucker and leak white pus and then blood. I can't even touch these, haven't shaved in two weeks. Mostly near my jawline.

With countless new studies coming out on the health benefits of saturated fats, there's one question.

How much is too much?

On one end, government organizations stick to old studies and limit intake too much. On the other end, people seemingly obsessed with health are saying there's no such thing as too much saturated fat and that it actually leads to less heart complications.

I'm convinced that saturated fat is good for you, but how many grams of it a day would you recommend and why?

I just eat a moderate amount of fat (i don't go out of my way to eat more) and disregard whether it's saturated or not. Only fats i try to restrict are from seed oils.

I am visiting this board for the first time now, so I don't know how accepted these kinds of threads are, but I legit need some advice.

I am twenty now and have been a lazy fuck for about two years now, almost didn't leave bed at all. Of course after a significant amount of time the degeneracy kicked in and now I cannot even really walk anymore without my knees hurting like ass. This is kinda of a wake-up cal to me, but what should I do to get better and how fucked beyond repair am I?

Also my balls started to hurt a little when laying in bed recently, but that is kinda unrelated I guess

If you want to be above the average population (believe me, even if you are obese you can, itll just take a year longer) then look up Starting Strength. Its the best program meant for beginners and weaklings who have never touched a weight before. Requires a barbell though aka gym membership and a lot more disxipline

I am literally looking more similar to that guy in the OP picture than to an obese guy. I always had some kind of genetic strength though, despite my stature. Was among the best runners of my school in high-school and was able to beat the shit out of most guys with actual muscles too. I never trained though and when I completely stopped doing sports it just went full downhill
