How much damage am I doing to myself substituting alcohol for drugs?
Social gains are just as important as muscle gains, but getting drunk completely kills my ability to lift for the next 2 days. On the other hand, taking a pill doesn't seem to cap my energy at all the next day. Ontop of that, a week's worth of dieting isn't destroyed

What are the downsides?

I'm 1 week into my first cycle of 250mg test 2x a week and 25mg dbol every day (10 years natural lifting before) and I got a fucking hernia while I was taking a shit. It's pretty small and I pushed it back in but I can still feel it.

I've tried lifting twice wearing my lifting belt lower than normal to keep pressure on the hernia but am unsure if this will keep it from bursting.

Should I continue like this? Has anyone had experience with hernias and how to prevent them from killing you? I really don't want to stop my cycle now :(

Why is Ulisses so weak for his size? I've seen guys squatting double that weight for the same volume. He's been lifting for 20 years and been on gear for probably half that time or more, why isn't he any stronger?

Dont. I can see that you think people who use these in a gym are gym douches, so unless you want to be one dont use them. Meanwhile, less judgmental people will keep using them and get maximum comfy in their gyms. had this problem, you're either having a bad grip or/and bend the wrist too far in order to bring up the weight.

as for the grip, don't rest the bar on the middle of your hands.instead, hold it in the strip where those callouses appear, just below where the fingers connect to your hand.and grip the bar with fingers.

try buying a wrist wrap because they block you from over-bending your wrists.

if you dont want long term effects fix your lifting form immediately.

I have been on a diet for nearly a week at this point and I am somewhat worried.

Currently I am 300 pounds, 5'10, male.

My diet consists of eating beans and chicken. I make the beans with tons of onions and tomatoes. The chicken I make steamed with pepper and salt.
I eat green beans at the side during lunch. For breakfast I simply have some beans from the previous day with eggs. Dinner is all left over beans.
I eat 1 apple every day. I drink tea with artificial sweetener and some lemon juice. I eat sunflower seeds when I'm working.


My problem is that it is impossible for me to say I am going to get any more than 11000 calories per week on this diet.
The food that I am eating through this diet makes me very full, but is so low calorie that I am at an extreme calorie deficit.
Where I should be getting approximately 2400 calories daily, I am instead getting 1700. 1800 MAX.
I also have very little desire to eat. It is almost as if my appetite has completely disappeared. I am often forcing myself to go to the kitchen and eat because I can feel hunger through a faint 'burn' in my abdomen.

I don't want to stop this diet because I find it satisfying and I am losing weight. But at the same time I don't want to hurt myself.

What should I do?

Currently doing SL5x5 and squat just under lmao2pl8 and I can feel the sets starting to become difficult to the point where I'll probably fail a set within the next few sessions and I don't feel like doing that. Is there any good reason not to drop to 3x5 until I reach 2pl8, then drop back to the weight I switched at initially and do 5x5?

Nah man start microloading if you feel like you're stalling. You're doing squats every single session in the gym, there's no need to add 5 pounds a session to your squat. Get microplates, Cut your increment in half or even less if you're stalling hard and do more sets if you feel like you can crank put some after the fifth.
