So I'm suspecting I have low T. I can do no fap for weeks and not even get a morning wood. No random erections throughout the day and no desire to break no fap except for boredom. Alan Thrall says this means you have low test. I also often feel like I'm lacking motivation to get shit done. On the other hand I'm pretty lean which contradicts the theory.

As a skinnyfat dyel, what is the quickest path to being shredded and getting mires:
a) a few bulking/cutting cycles
b) steady lean gains
c) permabulk for a couple years then cut
d) kill self then get reincarnated into a body with better genes

When you start failing lifts drop to 3x5
When you're lifting 1/2/3/4 change to brosplits
C and get learn what periodization and get on a program that uses it once noob gains taper off. Cutting takes time don't bother with it go on a lean bulk then recomp when you feel too heavy then back to lean bulk. after 2-3 years lean out. Recomping will still keep you looking good enough i wouldn't be surprised if you get mires after a year or two.
