Dear /fit/,

I'm not Chad. I'm not even Brad. I'm Omega Charlie, the stereotypical DYEL computer-science-major nerd who is forever doomed to skeleton mode. Like most of you probably have, I passed the "Chad eats pizza" meme as just typical shitposting, kind of like waifu threads on /a/ or "why Mac OS X is superior" threads on /g/. But it made me wonder. What if Chad really does eat pizza? What kind of pizza is it? Where does it come from? I've done some research on this subject and I'd like to share my knowledge with you. I've typed it up beforehand so you don't have to wait long to hear about my findings.

First, a little background info on Chad: we know Chad doesn't need to lift. He's genetically gifted with lots of muscle mass and further augments it with sex. Both of these mean Chad burns a good amount of calories every day.

Here's what I've learned so far:

1. Chad doesn't just eat any old pizza he can find, he gets a specific kind.

Chad didn't tell you that he counts his Calories, but he secretly does. He gets the kind with the nutrition information publicly available, with a good amount of protein in it.

2. Chad is consistent with his pizza.

He eats it every day. Based on my research, I'd have to say he probably makes pizza the vast majority of his diet, with a daily multivitamin and maybe a whey shake and some vegetables or at least fiber capsules at the end of the day if he needs it.

3. Pizza doesn't work for everyone, but not for the reason you think.

It's not because all pizza has shitty nutritional value, it's because the pizza YOU eat has shitty nutritional value.

These 3 findings led me to a single important conclusion.

Chad almost exclusively eats Little Caesar's Hot-n-Ready pizza.

Here's why Chad only eats Little Caesar's Hot-n-Ready Pizza:

1. The nutritional breakdown of it is actually pretty good.

According to http://www.nutrition-charts.com/little-caesars-pizza-nutrition-facts-calorie-information/ and Little Caesars' own website, each slice of cheese pizza has 250 Calories, 32g of carbs, 12g of protein, and 9 grams of fat. Each slice of pepperoni has 280 Calories, 32g of carbs, 14g of protein, and 11g of fat. Eating a whole cheese pizza will give you 2000 Calories, 256g of carbs, 96g of protein, and 72g of fat. Eating a whole pepperoni pizza will give you 2240 Calories, 256g of carbs, 112g of protein, and 88g of fat. That's pretty good food for most of your day. If you only need 0.5g of protein per pound of body weight, this will cover you up to 192lb (cheese) or 224lb (pepperoni). Any more protein needed can come from whey shakes or other sources.

2. It's cheap.

Each one of these pizzas is $5 plus a little bit more in tax. That's pretty damn good for almost a full day's nutrition. Now you might think "well Chad's rich, why would he want cheap pizza?" It's precisely because he's rich that he eats cheap pizza. You don't get rich by spending $35 on a pizza every day, you get rich by saving your money and being frugal with it. Chad's parents taught him this which is why he can afford nice clothes and your dream car.

Now you too can also be like Chad! All you have to do is replace the vast majority of your diet with Little Caesars' pizza every day. Instead of eating bland chicken and rice that would drive any girl away, you can eat something tasty and "cool" that everyone likes. Sure, keep the whey if you really need it, and do something productive with all that money you save by switching to Chad's diet.

Hey /fit/, I currently weigh 290 lbs, and an diagnosed with fatty liver. These past three weeks I've been sticking to a good diet and excersizing regularly so I can stop dying. Just for some extra motiviation, what are the changes you noticed when loosing weight?

350lbs heaviest, 240 current, 40 more to go (6'5 anon).
Getting shoes on in the morning doesn't suck, eating meals isn't an exercise (never thought it was until I lost the weight and realised the effort I used to put in), clothes are much easier to find and cheaper, cheaper to eat filling meals, guilt from being a fatass in public is much less, no judgemental stares eating at a restaurant. Literally every small thing you don't notice is significantly easier on you physically and/or mentally and life just feels ezpzmode compared to obesemode and you don't know why. It sucks now, it only gets easier.

Smoked 1-2 packs a day for 10yrs+

Went from cigarettes to dip to nicotine gum to patches to nothing. Took about a year.

i made the biggest mistake of my life a few months ago. i moved in with my gf.

she's vegan and works from home so she always cooks up some disgusting shit that tastes like rubber. if i bring meat home myself and try to prepare it we always get in a fight. don't even get me started what happens if she smells canned fish because it will literally make her gag and puke.

i haven't had a good meal since she moved in and i'm seriously thinking of breaking up with her it because i've never felt more sick in my life. i'm constantly feeling tired and cranky and i have to stop on the way home from work to eat junk food so i can feel better. tried making compromise with her but it's like she overhears it.

are there any vitamins that i'm not getting to feel like shit and weak all the time? i swear it started like 1 week after i started eating the shit she makes and i can't take it anymore. it goes away if i eat some meat and other unhealthy shit but only for a few days. after that i get sick again if i only eat the shit she makes.

Her gagging at canned fish is a little different but all she has to do is not be in the kitchen when you make it, but if she is picking fights with you because you choose to eat meat shes a cunt and you need to leave her immediately.
