I'm getting very annoyed with all the fat shaming threads as of lately, every day there is a new one with over 300 replies.
What bothers me isn't you laughing at fat people, I suppose it's just human nature to look down on others to make yourself feel better.
What bothers me is the sheer ignorance you display.

Genetics do factor in when it comes to obesity, A LOT.
You morons are either:
1) too dense to comprehend this or
2) simply will not accept scientific truth when it goes against your beliefs.
But you will straight out of the bat accept statements such as "ARNOLD HAD GREAT GENES FOR BUILDING MUSCLE", yet with obesity obviously it's 100% the fatties fault.

demonstrated between 0.4 and 0.8 GENETIC heritability of obesity.

My dinner tonight is a quarter pound of Baked cod with garlic and lemon juice, a cup of rice, and asparagus.
May have some chicken breast after that but idk yet.

I really only make three dinners

Dinner 1:
Coconut milk + curry + sweet potato + veggies + shrimp

Dinner 2:
Salmon + veggies + lemon pepper

Dinner 3:
Bake (all together): Whole chicken + sweet potatos + onion + seasoning

That's it. As you can see the only carbs I get are from sweet potatoes really (the veggies are mega fibrous), so it's just fat and protein (preferably from the sea) for me.

Deadlifting isn't an exercise that will make or break you in regards to getting jacked.

Source: there's dozens of guys at my gym who pull 400-500 that still look like skinny non-lifting dudes.

Compound barbell strength relies heavily mostly on joint leverages and central nervous system than it does muscle mass.

I'd be willing to bet that the average male could pull 500 pounds by just having decent leverages and CNS adaptions from proper programming. Now taking that 500 pound deadlift to say 600+ ??, that's where muscle gain begins to comes in.

Deadlifts (like all the compound lifts) require extremely heavy loads for your body to actually begin to make muscular adaptations. This is the reason why isolation lifting works so well for bodybuilding, because you can lift far less weight due to isolation a specific muscle.
